Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word file format.
  • A maximum of five authors are allowed per article.
  • Paper length ranges from 3,500 to 8,500 words.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Author (s) will be required to pay an article processing fee of 500 INR if the manuscript is selected for publication.

Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • The entire manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman font.
  • The journal accepts only original, unpublished, and plagiarism-free work.

2. Manuscript Structure and Formatting

Title

  • Font: Times New Roman, 16 pt, Title Case, Bold
  • Center aligned.

Authors

  • Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliation of each author with department, institution, and country.
  • Email of the corresponding author must be provided.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

Abstract

  • Maximum 250 words.
  • Should summarize objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 9 pt, Single Line Spacing, Justified.

Keywords

  • 4–6 relevant keywords, separated by commas.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 9 pt, Italic

3. Main Text

Headings

  • H1 (Main Headings): Times New Roman, 12 pt, CAPITAL LETTERS, Bold
  • H2 (Sub-headings): Times New Roman, 12 pt, Italic

Body Text

  • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt, Justified
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Paragraph spacing: Single before and after

4. Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
  • Captions should be placed below figures and above tables.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt, Centered

5. References

  • All references must follow a consistent style (APA/IEEE/Vancouver – choose one).
  • In-text citations should match the reference list.
  • Reference text formatting:
    • Font: Times New Roman, 9 pt, Justified, Single line spacing
  • Example (APA style):
    • Smith, J. (2020). Machine Learning in Healthcare. Journal of AI Research, 12(3), 45–58.

6. Length of Manuscript

  • Research articles: 4000–6000 words
  • Review articles: 5000–8000 words
  • Short communications: 2000–3000 words

7. Ethical Policy

  • Authors must declare conflicts of interest.
  • Studies involving humans/animals must provide ethics approval.
  • Plagiarism >20% will lead to rejection.

8. Template

Authors are required to download and use the official template.
